APS is an electricity service provider to much of the State of Arizona. REEIS is an approved BPI & Home Performance with Energy Star contractor for APS rebate programs. Under these programs, APS independently audits a sample set of the jobs completed in order to verify the quality of REEIS's work.

ACCA provides the HVAC community with best practices developed through research and contractor collaboration. Common renovation activities like sanding, cutting, and demolition can create hazardous lead dust and chips by disturbing lead-based paint, which can be harmful to adults and children. To protect against this risk, on April 22, 2008, EPA issued a rule requiring the use of lead-safe practices and other actions aimed at preventing lead poisoning. Under the rule, beginning April 22, 2010, contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.

RESNET EnergySmart Contractors and Builders have the knowledge and training to complete energy efficient retrofits and building projects in a safe and efficient manner. RESNET EnergySmart Contractors and Builders have:
- Valid licensing and insurance
- Undergone RESNET-approved energy efficiency training plus annual continuing education
- Passed a RESNET-administered exam
- Maintained a RESNET membership in good standing

Salt River Project is an Arizona utility provider to much of Maricopa County. REEis is an approved BPI auditor, HVAC contractor and Home Performance with Energy Star contractor for the SRP rebate programs. Under these programs, REEis can facilitate duct testing and repair rebates on behalf of its clients.
